For your Special Occasion, The Fruit Yard invites you to our beautiful Banquet Rooms and our breathtaking Lake Area.

Our extensive suggestion list will help to plan your special event.  We will gladly consider any special food or accommodation request you may have and negotiate an equitable value. Our policies are designed to make your event carefree and easy.  There is a $2,000 minimum required.  All food and beverage are subject to an 18% service charge and sales tax.

Meal selections, wedding cake orders and rental orders must be given at least 30 days before your event.  Your final guaranteed guest count must be given no later than one week prior to the event.  Your final guest count will be used to calculate your bill, unless the actual number of guest exceeds your guaranteed count.

We work on a "first come, first serve" basis.  Most events are scheduled up to a year in advance, therefore all deposits and prepayments are non refundable.  A deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of booking.  Thirty days prior to your event your estimated count is required and 50% of the estimated charges are due at that time.  The remaining balance is due one week before the event when the guaranteed count is given.  An actual bill will be calculated at the end of the event for any additional items.  We accept cash and all major credit cards.

The Fruit Yard is centrally located on Hwy 132 (7948 Yosemite Blvd. at Geer & Albers intersection) 8 miles east of downtown Modesto, 6 miles north of Turlock and 8 miles south of Oakdale. Our Award Winning facility is on 44 acres of fruit orchards and gardens, which make a perfect setting for your special occasion. Additional Information

An additional charge of $300 per hour will apply to any events over 5 hours.
All events must be concluded by 11 p.m. unless otherwise arranged.
