Celebrate your special occasion on our picturesque award winning lake side setting, featured on our 80 acres of fruit orchards and gardens. The Fruit Yard is “on the way to everywhere”. We are located on Hwy 132, 8 miles east of downtown Modesto, 6 miles north of Turlock and 8 miles south of Oakdale at 7948 Yosemite Blvd. Modesto Ca. We look forward to meeting with you and for the opportunity to help you plan your event. 

We work on a “first come, first serve” basis. Most events are scheduled up to a year in advance, therefore all deposits and prepayments are non refundable. A deposit of $1500.00 is required at the time of booking; we also require a $2000.00 minimum food purchase. All food and beverage are subject to 20% service charge and sales tax. Thirty days prior to your event 50% of the estimated charges are due. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event when the guaranteed count is given. An actual bill will be calculated at the end of the event for any additional items. We accept cash and all major credit cards. 

Meal selections, wedding cake orders and rental orders must be given at least 30 days before the event. Your final guest count will be used to calculate your bill, unless the actual number of guest exceeds your guaranteed count. Buffet items are not allowed to be taken to-go. We will gladly consider any special food or accommodation request you may have and negotiate an equitable value.

Rental rates for the Lake Area start with a minimum of 100 people.

Ceremony site & Chairs included with reception.

Weekend Weddings - Friday & Saturday --------- $4500.00

Weekday Weddings - Monday - Thursday -------- $2500.00

Sunday Weddings -------- $3000.00


All Rental Fees Include:

· Full Staff for Setup, Service and Clean up

· Marquee Tent with lighting

· Chairs and Dinner Tables (round or long)

· Free Standing Umbrellas

· Gift, Guest Book and Wedding Cake Tables

· Dance Area Space for Band or DJ (dance floor not included)

· Linen Cloths and Napkins (color selections available)

· Lake and Lawn Service Clean up before and after the event

· Cascade cone China Dinner Plate and Bread Plate

· Fork, Knife, Tea Spoon and 6oz. Crystal Goblet

· Champagne & Cider Toast


Lake Area Ceremony Fee

          Ceremony fee is a $1000.00 flat rate which includes chairs, staff and the use of the area for 2 hours.

(Chairs will be setup no earlier than 2 hours before the ceremony.)

Additional Information

An additional charge of $1000 per hour will be applied to any events over 5 hours.

All events must be concluded by 11:00pm unless otherwise arranged. 

The County ordinance require that there be 1 certified security personnel per 100 guests as well as no sound level higher then 90dmc 100 feet from mixing board.
